HR Executive Required at Netzens Softech ( Panchkula)

Designation: HR Executive

Job Type: Full Time, Fresher


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Taking care of end to end recruitment life cycle.
  • Referring Internal Database, Doing Job Posting, Employee referrals etc.
  • Worked on hiring for Technical/Non-Technical profiles.
  • Recruitment’s utilizing various sourcing method like Web portals i.e. (Indeed, Naukri).
  • Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements.
  • Conducting HR Round of short listed candidates.
  • Negotiate & convince the candidates and follow-up with candidates till Joining.
  • Preparing Employee’s Salaries.
  • Issue Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, Experience Letter.
  • Maintain Employee Attendance & Leaves.
  • Providing Confirmation letter.
  • Full and final settlement of outgoing employees.
  • Handling Admin related activities.
  • Maintaining the records of petty expenses
